Pilates and Fitness Services
Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout performed on a specialized machine called the Reformer. This equipment features a sliding carriage, adjustable springs for resistance, and straps to engage different muscle groups with controlled movements. The spring-based resistance builds strength and endurance without putting stress on the joints, making it suitable for all fitness levels. Reformer Pilates improves core stability, flexibility, and alignment while enhancing balance and coordination. By targeting muscles through controlled, precise movements, it helps create long, lean muscle tone, improves posture, and supports overall mobility and injury prevention.
Our studio takes a modern approach to Pilates. We follow the classical Pilates method and principles and adapt it to the body in front of us.
Group Reformer Classes
Our group Reformer classes provide a personalized Pilates experience in a small group setting, limited to four clients (expanding to five in our new location). This intimate environment allows our instructors to focus on proper form, alignment, and individualized corrections for the most effective workout.
Classes are leveled to accommodate all participants, from beginners to experienced clients, while considering injuries, fitness goals, and specific needs—whether you're an athlete refining performance or simply aiming to improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
Rooted in classical Pilates principles, our sessions build a strong foundation for lasting results while incorporating a supportive, welcoming community atmosphere.
Private Duet Session
For those who prefer a more personalized experience but enjoy working out with a partner, our Duet Pilates sessions are the perfect balance. These two-person sessions offer the opportunity to receive individualized attention from the instructor while sharing the experience with a friend, family member, or workout buddy. You’ll still get tailored guidance and modifications based on your fitness level and goals, but with the added fun and motivation of having a partner by your side. Ideal for those who want a semi-private environment with a social touch!
Mat Classes
Our small group mat classes, limited to 8 clients, focus on using movement as medicine to restore and enhance your body’s natural function. Each 45-50 minute class emphasizes proper form, individual goals, and a restorative approach to fitness in a safe and comfortable environment. Guided by highly qualified instructors, you'll work on building strength, improving flexibility, and promoting overall wellness. These classes are designed to help you move better, feel better, and achieve long-lasting results.
