Meet the Instructors

 Lissa Boyer is the owner and instructor at Sculpted Swan Fitness. After experiencing Breast Implant Illness and focusing on her physical and mental health through nutrition and exercise, she found a passion for reformer pilates and became 500hr Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor in 2020 along with certification in barre, TRX, functional movements, and reflexology.

Lissa teaches classes on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday Mornings.

 

Meg Fanelli- Instructor

Meg teaches on Tuesday mornings.

 

 

Alex Edelman is a foreign Physical Therapist graduated in 2012 in Caracas-Venezuela, where she gained a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology and human movement. In 2019, she pursued her passion for Pilates and became a 500hr Comprehensively Certified Instructor through Club Pilates. 

With over 10 years of experience in both physical therapy and pilates instruction Alex has worked with clients of different fitness levels, from athletes to seniors and individual with chronic pain or injuries. 
"In my pilates class, I focus on creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can improve their strength, flexibility, balance and posture, addressing the client’s needs and goals, while also emphasizing in proper alignment and injury prevention."
I also have certifications in Yoga, TRX, barre and cycling. 
Alex teaches on Thursday mornings.
Molly graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Sports Science. She is the current owner of a private nutrition consulting business, and has been in the fitness and wellness industry for eight years. Molly is passionate about helping women find confidence and consistency in their health journey.
Molly teaches mat strength and core small group classes on Monday and Wednesday afternoon. 

With more than a decade of intensive dance training under her belt, Hayley Phillips first fell in love with Pilates for its similarities to the dancing she's always loved. Through Pilates she found an outlet for both physical and mental health, and relief for injuries accrued over the many years of dancing. She dove deeper into her passion and became a 500hr Comprehensively Certified Instructor in 2023. Her long history in the dance world along withher understanding of the importance of strengthening and lengthening the body as a dancer and athlete makes her passionate to share the importance of mind-body connection, functional movement, and mobility with others to help them enjoy life to the fullest.
