Lissa Boyer

 Lissa Boyer- Owner/Pilates Instructor

Lissa is the owner and instructor at Sculpted Swan Fitness. Lissa started her career as a Special Education Teacher but after experiencing Breast Implant Illness and focusing on her physical and mental health through nutrition and exercise, she found a passion for reformer pilates and became 500hr Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor in 2020 along with certification in barre, TRX, functional movements, and reflexology. When Lissa isn't in the studio, you can find her at the ballpark with her family or cozied up on the couch reading a book.

Emma Burman

Emma Burman- Pilates Instructor

Emma grew up as a dancer primarily focusing on ballet and spent two years as a trainee with Joffrey Ballet School in Dallas, Texas. She was exposed to Pilates at the young age of twelve adn fell in love with the way it balanced perfectly with ballet. She became a STOTT certified instructor in 2024. Outside of Pilates, Emma is a certified ballet teacher and loves to blend the two when she teaches. 


 Hayley Phillips- Pilates Instructor

With more than a decade of intensive dance training under her belt, Hayley first fell in love with Pilates for its similarities to the dancing she's always loved. Through Pilates she found an outlet for both physical and mental health, and relief for injuries accrued over the many years of dancing. She dove deeper into her passion and became a 500hr Comprehensively Certified Instructor in 2023. Her long history in the dance world along withher understanding of the importance of strengthening and lengthening the body as a dancer and athlete makes her passionate to share the importance of mind-body connection, functional movement, and mobility with others to help them enjoy life to the fullest.           

 

Anne Perkins- Pilates Instructor

Health, nutrition, and fitness have been a part of Anne’s life as long as she can remember and her passion is in helping others find a balance that fits their needs.  In 2023, she added a 500 hour Comprehensive Pilates Instructor Certification to her knowledge base.  She believes Pilates can help support and benefit many aspects of living a healthy lifestyle.  And if there is one thing she know about Pilates, if it feels easy, you are probably not doing it right.

Molly graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Sports Science. She is the current owner of a private nutrition consulting business, and has been in the fitness and wellness industry for eight years. Molly is passionate about helping women find confidence and consistency in their health journey.
